Momstamp is a startup that helps busy moms "find and share trusted recommendations." As with any new product, getting to market quickly is important. In the case of Momstamp, they launched as a web app with no responsive styles or mobile-friendly layouts.

In late November of 2015, after hearing feedback from their users, Momstamp approached me with a project: rapidly design, develop and deploy a mobile-friendly site, leveraging as much of the existing codebase as possible.

In two weeks we completed the design phase; in another 2.5 weeks were we live. The mobile site leans on user-agent detection and responsive styling, but the back end is almost entirely the same as the desktop site save for a few custom controller actions.
